What is Ola Prime Plus
Ola Prime Plus is a premium service introduced by Ola, a ride-hailing platform, to provide an enhanced and hassle-free experience to its customers. The service was launched in Bengaluru, India, and is marketed as an exclusive offering with several key features designed to address common issues faced by riders.
Zero Cancellations: One of the key features of Ola Prime Plus is its promise of zero cancellations. This means that once a ride is booked through the Prime Plus service, it ensures that the ride won’t be cancelled by the driver, leading to a more reliable and predictable experience for the riders.
Finest Drivers: With the Ola Prime Plus, the company promises to provide the best drivers. This likely involves selecting experienced and highly-rated drivers for better customer service.
Top-Notch Vehicles: With Ola Prime Plus, riders can expect to be picked up in high-quality, comfortable, and well-maintained vehicles. The service aims to elevate the standard of vehicles used for rides, contributing to a more luxurious and enjoyable experience.
Pricing: While not much has been revealed about how Ola will determine the prices for its Prime Plus service, a screenshot previously shared by CEO Aggarwal indicated that the cost of booking a ride through Prime Plus for a distance of around 16 kilometres with a 1-hour time frame in Bengaluru was Rs 455. In comparison, the same ride costs Rs 535 when booked as a Mini cab. Generally, Mini is considered the most economical option when booking a ride with Ola cabs. Therefore, it will be interesting to observe how Ola intends to offer this service.
