The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has concluded the rigorous process of selecting candidates for the post of Junior Engineer (Mechanical) in the Public Works (R&B) Department, UT Cadre. As per the indent from the Public Works (R&B) Department, candidates were required to hold a 3-year diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a government-recognized institute or an Indian university degree in Mechanical Engineering or AMIE Section (A&B) INDIA. Candidates who fell within the consideration zone were then called for Document Verification, as per Notification No. JKSSB-COE0EXAM(UT)/67/2023-03 (7271536) dated 13.10.2023. This verification process took place at both Jammu and Srinagar from 17.10.2023 to 20.10.2023, followed by a supplementary round on 25.10.2023.
